Jill's roots here run deep in more ways than one: her husband, David, is a third-generation New Smyrna Beach native, and their daughter, Devon, represents the family's fourth generation in town. That family story is also a business — Own-A-Pad has operated as a family-run brokerage since 2007, with the Dempseys working side by side with clients across beachside, waterfront, and inland communities.
